Description 

Silicone rubber for aerospace industry is a kind of two-component addition silicone material, consisted of part A and part B of flow-able rtv silicone rubber. which can be cured at room temperature or heated fast curing. It is a translucent, odorless, non-toxic addition liquid silicone raw materials, not restricted by the thickness of the products, depth curing, pouring or brushing, easy and convenient operation.

Application

It is widely used in most of the exposure system on the plane, aerospace aircraft, silicone cables, cockpit, landing gear and aerial-photography class, such as cable sheathing used in airplanes and aircraft, hydraulic systems, engine cylinders, pilots and astronauts life support system of the cylinder seals, silicone tube, silicone hoses, electrical insulating liner and hot air ducts are made of silicone rubber.

 

Attention

1.Weigh part A& part B with mix ratio of 1:1, then stir it evenly. After Vacuum-pumping.it can be casting. At room temperature (28 ℃) ,the operating time is about 30 minutes and it will be totally cured after 2-3 hours . When heating to 60-120 degrees, it can be completely cured in a few minute.

2.Clean all the tools before using if it is used for condensation silicone rubber as before. Otherwise, the addition cure silicone rubber can not be cured.

3. Make a test before extensive using.

4 .Do not add any pigment or powder into the addition cure silicone rubber before testing to prevent uncuring.

5.Weigh the silicone rubber according to the mixing ratio exactly, otherwise the hardness will be changed.

6. Do not add water, organic tin catalyst, acids, alkali and other organic compounds containing

sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen, as they can affect the process of curing.

1. A and B are 1:1 ratio conventional packaging:

2. A and B are 10:1 ratio conventional packaging:

22KG/set (A component 20KG+B component 2KG);
