Product Description
Silicone Moulds for Cakes
Description
Silicone Cake Molds belongs to addition cure silicone rubber, which is commonly referred to as two-component room temperature vulcanization addition silicone.
Both components A and B of silica gel can be fluid liquids. Among them, the A component contains platinum catalyst catalyst or other additives.
After the two components are mixed, it can be heated and cured at room temperature.
Application
Due to very low shrinkage and flexibility, addition cure silicone rubber is found in a wide range of applications including ice cream molds, fondant molds, ice molds, silicone craker molds, chocolate molds, candy molds etc..
Features
1. Not limited by product thickness, deep vulcanization
2. Low linear shrinkage rate (<0.1%), low molecules are not released in the cross-linking process, so the volume remains unchanged, and the copied product has high accuracy
3. Has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance can reach 250℃
4. Food grade, non-toxic and tasteless, passed FDA food grade certification
5. High tensile and tearing strength, many times of mold turning, not easy to deform
6. Good fluidity, easy to infuse, can be cured at room temperature or heated, easy to operate

Shelf Life
12 months when stored under dry and cool place by original package under 25℃
Packaging
A Part Packing: 25KG/drum,200KG/drum
B Part Packing: 1KG/bottle
Instructions
1. Measurement: Weigh A and B components accurately, and dispense glue in proportion.
2. A:B=1:1. Eg: Take 100g of A silica gel, add 100g of B glue and mix well
3. Pouring: After mixing evenly, the rubber material can be used after degassing (vacuum or low temperature standing).
4. Curing: curing at room temperature or heating curing, the operating time can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Room temperature 30 degrees, complete curing takes about 4-6 hours. If the temperature is high in summer, the curing will be faster; if the temperature is low in winter, the curing will be slower.
5. Note: A silica gel and B glue must be mixed evenly. If it is not evenly mixed, one part of the mold will be cured and one part will not be cured, and the silicone will dry and cure unevenly, which will affect the service life of the silicone mold and turn over the mold. The number of times, and even cause the mold to be scrapped.
