Description

Soap mold silicone rubber is a kind of liquid silicone rubber,which is made up of part A and part B fluidity liquid silicone.It can be cured at room temperature or cured by heating.The mixing ratio of condensation cure silicone rubber is 100:5,and the addition cure is 1:1 or 10:1, these two silicone rubber are suitable to make soap mould.

Application

It has better fluidity performance in RTV-2 mold silicone rubber that is very suitable for soap, toilet soap,handmade soap mold making. And also intended for crafts material mold replication, such as simulated crafts, toys, poly crafts, resin crafts, decoration, furniture ornaments, garden ornaments, garden sculptures and so on.

2. Good fluidity,high temperature resistance and thermal stability,suitable for pouring,but if adding special reagent,it can use to brush.

3. Good chemical-resistance,high and low temperature can reach -50-250℃.

4. Low line shrinkage.(addition cure silicone rubber is under 0.1%,condensation cure silicone rubber is under 0.3%) the low molecule is not released during the cross-linking process,so the volume is constant.

5. High tension and tear strength, long-term no transformation,high duplication times and can reach thousands of times.

6. Can be cured at room-temperature or cured by heating,easy to operate.

7. The color, viscosity, hardness and curing time of silicone rubber are adjustable on the basis of your requirements.

Using Instructive

If your purchase is addition cure silicone rubber, mix part A and part B evenly as 1:1 ratio, if condensation cure silicone rubber,mix part A and part B evenly as 100:5, then putting the mixture into the vacuum machine for eliminating the air. The operation time(normally in 20-60 minutes) depends on temperature. The curing time is in 2-3 hours at room-temperature and the silicone can be cured in 10 minutes at 80 to 120 ℃.
