Description
Silicone rubber for robot making is a kind of two-component addition-type silicone rubber, consisted of part A and part B of flow-able silicone rubber, which can be cured at room temperature or heated fast curing. It is used to make the skin of the robot just like human skin in color, hardness and elasticity. It is soft to touch, no deformation and easy to make different styles. It is widely applied for various simulate silicone robot, concierge simulation robot and household robots.
Features

3. High tensile strength and tear strength, anti-aging, high duplication times.
4. Good air permeability and low shrinkage (≤0.1%).
5. Easy for operating, easy for pouring; can be cured at room temperature or heat curing.
6. Not restricted by the thickness of products, elastic properties can keep under -65 ℃ -200 ℃.
Application
Silicone rubber for robot making is mainly used for the simulate human body model, simulate body masks, body prostheses, human organs, sex toys, artificial breast, shoulder pads, etc. It can also be used to make food mold, high-grade silicone products as it is food grade. It is soft to touch, no deformation and easy to make different styles.

Attention
1.As it's easy to cause uncured problem, pls clean up all the tools which had mixed with condensation cure silicone rubber to avoid uncuring problem.
2.Do not add any pigment or powder into the platinum cure silicone rubber before testing to prevent uncured problem.
3.The mixing ratio(1:1 or 10:1) must in strict accordance with the ratio in case of the changing of the hardness.
4.Do not add water, organic tin catalyst, acids, alkali and other organic compounds containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitro
