Description

This type of food grade liquid silicone is a kind of two part silicone rubber in addition cure or platinum cure type with mixing ratio of 1:1 or 10:1 . It can cure at room temperature as well as under heat . It’s a kind of food grade silicone and mainly used for mold making.

Features

Not limited by product thickness, deep vulcanization
Low linear shrinkage rate (<0.1%), low molecules are not released in the cross-linking process, so the volume remains unchanged, and the copied product has high accuracy
Has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance can reach 250℃
Food grade, non-toxic and tasteless, passed FDA food grade certification
High tensile and tearing strength, many times of mold turning, not easy to deform
Good fluidity, easy to infuse, can be cured at room temperature or heated, easy to operate

Application
Mainly used for making molds of chocolate, candy, cake, and similar products .
