Description
Tire Molding Silicone Rubber is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A and part B. It features anexceptional fluidity and good operability. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (10:1),mainly be suitable for making molds application.
Feature
1. Not limited by product thickness, deep vulcanization
2. Low linear shrinkage rate (<0.1%), low molecules are not released in the cross-linking process, so the volume remains unchanged, and the copied product has high accuracy
3. Has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance can reach 250℃
4. Food grade, non-toxic and tasteless, passed FDA food grade certification
5. High tensile and tearing strength, many times of mold turning, not easy to deform
6. Good fluidity, easy to infuse, can be cured at room temperature or heated, easy to operate
Application
1. Manufacturing of precision molds for metal crafts and alloy vehicles
2. Molding of epoxy resin, polyester resin, polystyrene, vinyl plastic, paraffin wax and other materials
3. Mold manufacturing for large cement components, cultural stones, concrete and other products
4. Design and production of high-precision prototype molds, rapid prototyping design
5. Food grade mold making
mainly used for making molds of tire,concrete stone,GRC,polyurethane products; wax, candle decoration; rapid prototyping and tyre molds; chocolate, candy and similar products.
