How can there be no air bubbles when there is no vacuum machine in the silicone mold?
1. Reduce the ratio of curing agent, it is recommended to follow the ratio of about 100:1.8, which can extend the operation time of silica gel, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating bubbles more.
2. If it is a mold brush, the air bubbles can be blown away by the cold air of a hair dryer. Just make sure that there are no air bubbles in the first two layers, which will not affect the mold turning.
3. If it is a mold, you can brush a thin layer of silica gel on the mold in advance to ensure that there is a silica gel layer in every place, and then blow out the bubbles and then brush evenly.
Fill it up when the silicone is basically not flowing. This will ensure that there are no bubbles on the surface of the product. Generally speaking, only the surface level is required to ensure that there are no bubbles.
The other side of the silicone mold has a little air bubble. Don't worry about it, and it will not affect your turning.
